In practical terms, we'll use the legal property
description to determine where any parcel of land lies within a given
section. We measure from the section
corners - and modern surveyors rely on the GPS-enhanced tools and
techniques wherever and whenever possible to save time completing your
survey while enhancing reliability.
Certain factors, such as tree canopy coverage, can
limit
our
choice of tools, but ideally survey-grade GPS equipment is our
preference both for expediting the field work and for improved
precision and accuracy.
